These terms govern your use of Mujix, a platform for running crowd-requested music playlists at parties and venues. By using Mujix, you agree to these terms.
Mujix lets venue owners and DJs create playlists, display them on TV screens, and let guests search for and request songs using YouTube and (optionally) Spotify. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Spotify.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Mujix integrates with YouTube and Spotify. Your use of those integrations is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Spotify's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
If you choose to add your own personal YouTube API key, you are responsible for complying with Google's terms for that key, including any usage limits Google applies to it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform, including abusive API usage that risks our shared service access.
Mujix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of the third-party APIs it depends on.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mujix after changes means you accept the updated terms.
